Erica is the Agroforestry Coordinator for the Ontario Woodlot Association. A graduate from Richard Ivey Business School, and a current Ecosystems Management student at Fleming College, Erica brings a holistic business development perspective to farming and natural resources. With experience in multiple sectors including Finance, Tech & Artificial Intelligence, Management Consulting, Solar, Agriculture, Fashion & Retail, and the Food & Beverage Industry, Erica is sees that all things are interconnected, and ultimately rely on ecosystem health. Erica comes to the OWA upon returning from Costa Rica where she launched a land-management company that helped new landowners create self-sustaining agroforestry systems called “Arboloco”. She is excited to share her passion for land-based education while helping to grow OWA’s membership base through effective and integrated programming.
