A (they/them) is a queer organic vegetable farmer living and growing on Tsawwassen First Nation treaty lands. In January of 2022, following conversations at the Not Your Father's Farm Conference, they started an Instagram account called Queerfarmersconnect with the intent of creating an online platform for queer farmers across the country to find new friends and mentors. Outside of QFC, A teaches at the Tsawwassen First Nation School, is an articling agrologist at the BC Institute of Agrologists, and serves as the current Regional Coordinator for Region 8 (BC & YT) of the National Farmers Union.
